Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and I truly value your time as well as mine. A valid card is required to secure all bookings.
• You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule — I simply ask for as much notice as possible
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any changes
• Changes made within 24 hours will incur a 30% service fee
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service
If you are running late, please let me know. Late arrivals may require adjustments or rescheduling to maintain the quality of your service.
